Eligibility
Individuals must provide written confirmation from the BC Financial Services Authority Registrar of Mortgage Brokers stating that they are eligible to write the mortgage brokerage inter-provincial and BC procedures examination.

The Examination
The Regularly Scheduled Examination fee is $85 for 2023 examinations and will increase to $200 for 2024 examinations. The Computerized Examination Centre (CEC) fee is $200, effective April 1, 2023.
Individuals who have been provided with written confirmation from the BC Financial Services Authority to write the mortgage brokerage inter-provincial and BC procedures examination should read the information sheet below before registering for the exam:
To register for the next regularly scheduled or computerized exam centre (CEC) inter-provincial examination, please download and submit the form below. If you have registered for the challenge package, please submit your exam registration online through your course resources webpage.
For the inter-provincial and BC procedures examination, you are only responsible for chapters 2-5 and 7 from the course manual eBook. Where a candidate fails the Inter-Provincial and BC Procedures examination, no opportunity to rewrite the examination is available. The candidate must register in the full Mortgage Brokerage in British Columbia Course. No discount of tuition fees will be available.
The Inter-Provincial and BC Procedures Challenge Package
Cost: $200
The Mortgage Brokerage Inter-Provincial and BC Procedures Challenge Package assists students who have received permission to challenge the examination from the BC Financial Services Authority.

Students may wish to purchase the mortgage brokerage inter-provincial and BC procedures challenge package before registering for their examination. The Inter-Provincial and BC Procedures Challenge Package includes the course materials in electronic format only (such as the course manual eBook, online assignments and answers, online Practice Questions), access to the course resources webpage and the central tutor support service.
Please note that if you prefer, you can purchase some course materials individually from the Bookstore. However, the student handbook, online assignments and answers, online Practice Questions, access to the course resources webpage and central tutor support service are only available to students who purchase the challenge package.
