For over 35 years and in partnership with the UBC Portfolio Management Foundation (PMF), UBC Sauder’s Finance Division has been a world-class provider of experiential learning and academic research. Building on a proud legacy towards a bright future, our mission remains to train skilled financiers, leaders in our field, and pillars of our community.
Concurrently, UBC Sauder is deeply committed to collaborative and respectful culture where all voices, experiences, ideas and identities in our community can thrive. We are intentional in fostering a sense of belonging. This includes identifying and removing barriers for those who have been systemically, historically or persistently marginalized.
To support this vital work, we launched UBC SWIFT: Sauder Women+ in Finance Training during the 2022/23 academic year. Our objective is to provide top quality training in finance to a more inclusive pipeline of talent. We will supply excellence, equity, diversity, and inclusion to employers and students who share our vision for responsible leadership.
