Associate Manager, Strategy & Operations at Doordash US

Position Description: Quartermain currently leads US strategy and operations for all tentpole marketing moments in support of DoorDash’s subscription service, DashPass.

He is responsible for ideating, testing and scaling new growth opportunities while building a holistic strategy to improve DashPass subscriptions, order volume and overall retention. As part of this role, he works cross-functionally to execute DoorDash’s biggest annual event, Summer of DashPass.

Experience: Prior to his current role, he spent four years at Unilever driving successful execution of new innovations into the Canadian market; igniting profitable growth and developing successful Go-To-Market strategies for some of Unilever Canada’s biggest bets. These included Unilever’s push into the vitamins category and the launch of OLLY,, Unilever’s re-launch into the liquid hand wash category in 2020 and the turnaround on AXE masterbrand.

Throughout his career, he’s developed and executed brand strategies and marketing campaigns in close collaboration with retailers and external brand partners such as Walmart, Loblaws and the Toronto Raptors.

Global Partner Manager, Uber Eats at Uber

Position Description: Suzanne manages the partnership between Tim Hortons and Firehouse Subs on Uber Eats by working with the brands to grow their business on the platform. She also works cross functionally with operations and marketing to execute holistic strategies. Prior to this role, Suzanne worked in a variety of roles at PepsiCo including field sales, key account analyst, and national sales specialist.

Experience: Through BMMP, Suzanne landed an internship at L’Oreal Canada where she worked on the retail team for Kiehl’s, NYX and Urban Decay. Upon graduation, she joined PepsiCo Foods Sales Leadership program where she had the opportunity to manage a sales territory and understand store-level relationship management.

Senior Product Specialist, New Product Development at Saje Natural Wellness

Position Description:  Rebecca has explored many types of marketing careers while interning at startups, incubator hubs, and event marketing as a brand ambassador for firms such as Nintendo and BMW.

Experience: After completing BMMP, she worked in brand management at L'Oréal within the Luxury division. Her experience includes managing the relaunch of Clarisonic and overall brand growth, preparing the upcoming North American launch of Helena Rubsintein, and managing the rollout of Biotherm’s rebranded packaging.

In 2021, Rebecca pivoted into NPD at Saje Natural Wellness, where she is responsible for innovation within the Personal Care category. She uses her skills in project management, strategy, and creativity from her previous role to conceptualize new product ideas, pitch and get alignment from all cross-functional team executives, and manage teams to execute all product development stages until completion, at launch.

Senior Marketing Manager, TELUS Toronto

Position Description:  Lyndan is currently focused on prospecting and consumer acquisition marketing for TELUS Consumer Mobility. In this role, she manages the overall national lead generation strategy for TELUS, Koodo, and Public brands across all channels.

Experience:  Prior to making a switch to a new industry in telecommunications, Lyndan's experience was mainly rooted in brand management in the CPG industry, having worked at Nestlé, Colgate-Palmolive, and Smucker's. Throughout these experiences, Lyndan has led and devised the go-to-market strategy for a brand launch, managed national TV, digital, and social campaigns for various confectionery brands, and worked with international suppliers and co-manufacturers to commercialize a pipeline of innovations.

Amazon Media & Eventing Manager, L’Oreal Canada

Position Description:  Michelle currently manages the full-funnel Amazon media strategy for the L'Oreal Consumer Products Division (L'Oreal Paris, Maybelline New York, Garnier, NYX Cosmetics, essie, Thayers) to deliver the maximum Amazon sales lift from the media spent, with a particular focus on profitability and incrementality.

Experience:  Prior to her current role, she spent 3 years as a Brand Manager on Maybelline New York, managing the #1 makeup brand in Canada. In this role, she owned all go-to-market strategies on both E-Commerce and Brick & Mortar, launching over 50 innovations including Canada's #1 mascara, Lash Sensational Sky High, and #1 lip gloss, Lifter Gloss.

Michelle comes from a diverse range of experiences spanning from agencies to the CPG industry. Her journey includes interning at companies like PepsiCo, Popcorn Agency, and Seoul Broadcasting Systems, equipping her with a wealth of knowledge and skills to drive impactful marketing campaigns.
