Position Description: I lead DPSG’s national customer marketing efforts for Dr. Pepper, Schweppes, and Crush. I also work with our customer’s Eastern Canada market unit to grow these brands’ market presence.

Experience in CPG: I spent my early years in Account Management, activating brands in the retail environment and managing customer relationships. Next I shifted gears into Market Research to develop my analytics by understanding the shopper and consumer on a deeper level. The next few years were in Category Management & Business Analytics, managing vendor relationships and influencing merchandising strategies. Most recently I’ve added field marketing to my experience working with Dr. Pepper Snapple Group.

As a key member of the Canadian marketing team, I support the majority of our programs with an eye toward enhancing the brand, growing the business and deepening client relationships. Additionally, I am responsible for leading our external social and digital partnerships (including Facebook, Twitter and Google) to shape and inform Visa’s marketing efforts to be more innovative and effective in delivering results across all major channels.

Position Description: I lead the Global Strategy for Microsoft Consumers out of New York. I am responsible to set the path of how we communicate with our consumers on all of Microsoft Consumer business.

Experience in CPG: 5.5 years - I am fortunate that I have done both Agency and Brand Management roles throughout my career. I built my foundation as the Assistant Brand Manager on Dove at Unilever before I switched to the agency side. I have been with Dentsu Aegis Network for almost three years now where I did a few different roles, from Communications Planning to Strategy on General Motors in Canada and now Global Strategy Lead for Microsoft.

Position Description: I lead the Retail Shopper Marketing Team, with responsibility for developing insight-driven marketing programs at a retailer level (including eRetailer), increasing thought-leadership with our customers to build stronger relationships and unlock new opportunities, and coaching & developing the shopper team.

Experience: I’ve been at Colgate-Palmolive for 8 years, 6 years in brand management and 2 years in retail marketing. When I was in Brand Marketing, I worked on a number of projects including the development of the annual brand plans, new product go-to-market strategy and I was fortunate to lead the development of a breakthrough marketing campaign for Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief toothpaste from insight through execution. More recently, I’ve been expanding my marketing skill set in our newly-created retail shopper marketing function. This role has been particularly interesting given the increasing power of our retailers & the evolving role of digital in the path to purchase.

Position Description: I lead the brand strategies, marketing communications, and advertising for P&G’s billion dollar portfolios out of the global headquarters in Ohio. I oversee the P&L and have a proven track record of delivering breakthrough sales and innovation.

Experience: Highlights at P&G include working on iconic brands such as Crest, Olay, and Bounty as well as being a part of the ‘Thank You Mom’ Olympics activation. Prior to P&G, I had work experience at General Motors, Ipsos Reid, and a start-up. I also spent some time at Parsons School of Design in New York.

Position Description: I lead the chilled tea portfolio for the US market, which consists of brands Pure Leaf and TAZO. My team operates within a joint-venture partnership between PepsiCo and Unilever, called the Pepsi Lipton Partnership. It is a ‘company within a company’, in that our team uniquely consists of both PepsiCo and Unilever employees, and are held accountable to a P&L independent of both parent companies. On a day-to-day basis, I lead a team responsible for the volume, share, and profit growth of chilled tea. I influence internally and externally to rally the organization behind our strategies, and to ensure customer prioritization of our brands.

Experience: My experience in CPG started during my 3rd year at Sauder, when I landed an internship position as a Marketing Assistant at Happy Planet Foods. Upon graduation, I joined the PepsiCo Foods Canada team where I worked in Toronto for 7 years across numerous marketing disciplines, including brand, shopper, and innovation, across household favourite brands like Lay’s, Cheetos, SunChips, and Quaker. In 2019, I relocated with PepsiCo to New York, and joined our US beverages division to broaden my experience in a different market with different product categories.

Position Description: When the highest paid YouTuber in 2018 is a 7-year-old toy reviewer, it really makes you think about how the toy industry is evolving. I lead the Games portfolio at Hasbro where I manage the brands we all grew up with like Monopoly, Scrabble, and Jenga. I also help launch trend-based games like Speak Out to deliver newness and strategic growth. My role is all about bringing new experiences to people through innovative marketing campaigns and retail alignment.

Experience:  My brand management experience spans multiple industries from healthcare, to food, to entertainment. My early years were spent at Sanofi, Maple Leaf Foods, and Unilever, but over the past four years, I’ve focused on building iconic brands such as Transformers, Nerf, and Monopoly. Beyond the toy category, I’ve been building these brands into franchises and extending the consumer experience into movies, t-shirts, and other consumer goods.

Experience: Previous to joining the Google ZOO, I was the YouTube Lead for the Netherlands leading annual strategic planning and driving forward key sales initiatives. Prior to Google, I was a Marketing Manager at L’Oreal Canada leading the L’Oreal Paris Skincare team driving year-over-year market share gains by developing localized brand strategies, creating innovative media plans, and building a multi-year product pipeline.

Experience: Just prior, he managed P&G’s storied Tide brand as the Sr. Sales Strategy Manager with the goal of winning with Canadian consumers in a $1 billion+ category by combining global scale with national expertise. Most recently, Enzo built the Go-To-Market strategy of Tide Hygienic Clean, one of P&G’s most important post-Covid-19 launches and successfully navigated logistical challenges throughout 2020’s historic supply chain disruptions.

Position Description: By day, I’m working on the sales strategy + execution for the LivingWell Companion and Babylon by TELUS Health products on the Consumer Health team. At night and on weekends, I’m building my consulting agency called Recloseted that launches + scales sustainable fashion brands.

Experience: Throughout my career, I’ve always tried to learn as much as possible and seek out diverse experiences. During my time at Sauder, I worked at various startups during the summer, did a marketing internship at L’Oréal and a digital internship at Rethink. After graduation, I signed with TELUS and worked on the Internet + Home Phone products and now work on our recently launched Consumer Health products! In recent years, I’ve also become increasingly passionate about sustainability and using my knowledge to help businesses that deserve to succeed. Experience: After being a part of BMMP as a mentee, he landed an internship at L'Oreal in brand management and then spent two years working in analytics at Nielsen before joining General Mills. During his past 5 years at General Mills he’s also managed Cheerios, Cereal Innovation and Pizza Pops.
