Welcome to the Credit, AIC, and CPD Programs

To get started, ensure you have your 8-digit UBC ID handy. Please note that this is separate from your 7-digit Real Estate Division student number. You can find your UBC ID in your acceptance letter. Additionally, remember to note down your CWL username as it will be required when you register for a course. If you have already created your CWL, you can skip this section.

Please note that you will be asked for your Student Service Centre (SSC) password. This is by default your birth date in YYMMDD format.

Step 1: Go to https://activate.id.ubc.ca/iamweb

Step 2: Follow the prompts and on-screen instructions. When entering your First Name and Last Name, we recommend using the name listed on your government ID. When selecting a category, you will need to opt for “Students and Alumni”. 

Step 1: Log in to www.realestate.ubc.ca/login using your 7-digit Real Estate Division student number. Your student number can be found in your acceptance letter.

Step 2: Under Course Tools, please select Course Registration

Step 3: Select your Course, Term and enter your CWL

Step 4: Add the course to your cart and follow the prompts and on-screen instructions
