Practice of Condominium Management Course

The Practice of Condominium Management course is the second of two courses required for those who wish to become a licensed condominium manager in Alberta. For detailed course content and administration information, please view the Table of Contents and Course Regulations.

This e-learning course allows you to register at any time. While the course is flexible in order to meet the needs of busy adult learners, it provides just enough structure to ensure high quality learning. You must complete all course assignments within one year of registration in the course and also pass a final examination offered by the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) within 3 months of assignment completion. Note that conditional condominium manager associate licensees can request that RECA provide an extension to the three month examination attempt timeframe and if necessary, will have three re-write examination attempt opportunities.
