Real Property Assessment Program - Prior Students

Students who enrolled prior to January 1, 2007

Students enrolled in the Certificate in Real Property Assessment program prior to January 1, 2007 and who are still within their five-year time limit to complete the program will have the BUSI 344 course requirement waived. However, students attempting BUSI 444 are still responsible for the material covered in BUSI 344 and are warned that BUSI 444 builds on BUSI 344 concepts. As a result, students will find BUSI 444 very challenging without this prerequisite knowledge. Therefore, the Real Estate Division strongly recommends students either complete BUSI 344 or review the BUSI 344 course materials closely before attempting BUSI 444.

Students who enrolled prior to January 1, 2001

The course numbers in the Certificate Program in Real Property Assessment changed in September 2001. The new course numbers for the first half of the program (formerly 611/811 and 621/821) are now BUSI 121 and BUSI 330. The course numbers for the second half of the program (formerly 631/831 and 641/841) are now BUSI 443 and BUSI 444.

For students who were enrolled in the Assessment Program prior to September 2001, please see the list below for the course stream that is appropriate for you.
