Refund policy
Lab and class fees
Lab and class fees are generally non-refundable. There will be no refund if you purchase the wrong fee (i.e if the fee you selected is not for your section, there will be no refund). Students who withdraw from a class can be eligible for a refund provided that:
- A signed confirmation of withdrawal letter is issued by the program office by the withdrawal date;
and - The original receipt is provided.
PC lab credits are non refundable.
UBC Bookstore at Sauder
The UBC Bookstore at Sauder sells custom course packs and ebooks, drinks and snacks, giftware, stationary, calculators and other tech accessories, and some clothes. Their extensive selection in available at the main campus bookstore.
