Tanya Sharma
Impact Investing Analyst
Tanya is an incoming fourth year in the Bachelor of International Economics program at UBC from New Delhi, India. With a background in international development, non-profit work and think tank advisory, Tanya recently became interested in the sustainable and innovative impact businesses have on the development process. Working at the 10th Avenue Fund, a student-led impact investing fund in Vancouver, introduced her to the process and challenges in social finance. Tanya is excited about the growth of impact investing vis-à-vis traditional financing. She looks forward to furthering the work of Sauder S3i and her understanding about impact investing this summer.
