John Jennings

John Jennings is the Practice Lead, Director and Executive Search with WATSON Inc. In this capacity, Mr. Jennings works with public and private companies, associations and not for profit organizations to improve their performance through ensuring there is effective leadership talent on the board and in the executive ranks.

Past roles have included being CEO, COO and Interim CFO. Mr. Jennings also offers a wealth of experience as a public and not-for-profit board director. He currently sits on the Board of a publicly-listed company and serves on the Audit Committee and as the Chair of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee.

Mr. Jennings is active in the community. He previously served as a Director and Board Chair of both BC Cancer Foundation and St. Paul’s Hospital Foundation. In recognition of his community work, Mr. Jennings was the recipient of a 2011 British Columbia Community Achievement Award. A current member of World Presidents’ Organization, he served as the chairman of the British Columbia Chapter for four years.

Mr. Jennings earned a master’s in business administration from London Business School in London, England, and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Western University. He also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
